Are you one of the 25-50% of people who feels burned out at work?
Does your brain feel like there are multiple tabs open?

The science and research behind focusing on ONE THING is so strong, that it seems like a no-brainer. But still, as women, we fall into the trap of having way too many balls in the air. At work, it's not that there are more hours in the day as opposed to a century ago, yet we spend more time juggling more things, which creates our feelings of overwhelm.

Every time we are distracted, it takes our brain on average 25 minutes to get back into the focus of the project we were working on. We know, it doesn't "seem" like a quick glance at an email or answering a text, can do this much damage to our productivity, but it does.

In this mastermind we are going to share with you tips, tricks and tools that you can implement today, to start focusing on your ONE THING, personal and professional, for a holistic approach to feeling more productive, more fulfilled and more satisfied about life and work.

We'll also share the tools to create a block calendar to help guide your new "one thing" approach to living a more stress-free conscious life.
