Event Description
“Baby Bachata” taught by Gabriel Sanchez, winner of the “Best Dance Class in DC” for five years running!

This dance class is not only about movement and music - it's also about connection, healing, and joy. Postpartum can be very challenging for mothers, and dance can really help during this experience. Baby Bachata is a rhythmic class designed to help you bond with your little one while gently lifting your spirits through the beautiful rhythms of bachata. Whether you're navigating the ups and downs of postpartum or simply looking for a fun way to connect with your baby, this class offers a space to breathe, dance, and rediscover joy. It’s also joyful and soothing for your baby! Some babies fall asleep, while some babies laugh or smile through the entire class. It’s very stimulating in many ways for your little one, and promises to be a lot of fun for both. Join us and let the music guide you through this beautiful journey of motherhood.
