MONA Event and Deal Submission Form

There are four purposes for this form.  Please read the information below and select the option that best applies.

Calendar Submission for MONA Sponsored Events: Select this option if the event or activity has already been approved by a MONA board member.  This event will be shared in the weekly event emails and on our forums. MONA Discount or Business Partnership: Select this option if you are a business owner and would like to share a discount or deal with MONA members.  This will be advertised in our forum dedicated to MONA deals.

Event Proposal: Select this option below if you have an idea for an event or business partnership that you would like the MONA board to consider.  
Important information: Community Event: Select this option if you have a community event you would like to share with MONA members.
