- All events must be cross-checked with the Arlington County Public School's calendar and "No Play Days," which include major religious observances, and consider the impact that may have on your event and members' ability to attend.
- Events are promoted with the following cadence:
- Our weekly event newsletter starting three weeks before the event
- In our community forum, starting 30 days prior to the event, and reminders sent at five-day intervals until 18 hours before the event
- In an effort to be mindful of members' email inboxes, individual emails are on a case-by-case basis and up to the discretion of the board.
