Event Description
Bring your mat and water bottle, and join fellow MONA moms for an exhilarating Pilates work out. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing Pilates for a while, this class will be tailored to your needs so you can get the most out of it.
This class will be taught by MONA mom and certified Pilates instructor, Allison Ibrahim, who also teaches Pilates classes offered by Arlington County.
Class costs $10 (normally $20+).
Please note - no mats or water will be provided.
