Learn the art of the grazing board with Pamela Wurst Vetrini of @cheatsandmeeses. While you sample from an overflowing board of cheese, charcuterie, crudités, and more, Pamela will lead you through her rules for creating the perfect board. You’ll start with a curated grocery list, then learn how-to’s, tips, and tricks. A delicious cheese tray isn’t complete without wine, so Pamela, also a trained sommelier, will lead a tasting of three of her favorite wines to pair with the cheese.
