Maximizing Your Impact by Managing Your Workflow
When you are bogged down remembering what you need to do, you are distracted from big thinking. Please join us for a session to discover the benefits of creating a way to manage your workflow so you can be more responsive, proactive, and focused on meaningful priorities. Through interactive discussion and exercises, we will together explore how to function productively and with a clear head, even in the midst of an overwhelming number of things to do. The workshop will equip participants with tips and tools on achieving and maintaining a distraction-free state of mind, allowing for the optimal use of creative energy and strategic thinking.
This workshop will be facilitated by Jennifer Meder from hyve, a consulting firm that supports organizations and people doing work that matters. Jennifer Meder (a MONA mom) has helped organizations improve their performance through their people for the last 20 years.
