Another year has flown by and you haven’t moved forward on things that would inspire and excite you. You want to live more consciously vs. in reaction mode, but aren’t sure where to start. You’re tired of starting every New Year with should-filled resolutions that tend to fizzle. In fact, you have given up on resolutions altogether! Launch Your Year Like You Mean It is a workshop to help you identify and begin moving forward on what is important to you.
You will get tools that help you aim your life in the direction you want.
During this 75-minute workshop you will develop your own ‘launch plan’ focused on moving one key priority forward. You will learn proven tools that help you take action and consciously plan to face and eliminate your typical stuck points. You will understand 3 key steps that can move you from ’thinking’ about what could be to actually moving something ahead.
Confidence and clarity come from consistent forward motion against a goal, even if it's not yet perfectly fleshed out. Let's get you moving!
