Event Description
Join board member and local coach Kate Marden on Saturday, November 1st at 10:00am at Washington-Liberty High School track (2129 N Oakland Street) for an introduction to track! Kids of ALL ages are welcome, and parents are encouraged to participate, as well.
We'll practice warm-up drills, run some laps, play a few games, run a relay or two, and talk about what events happen at a track meet.
